Holistic Mental Health Therapy
Molly combines many different therapies such as; Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Short Term Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Dilectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and much more. She incorporates these therapies along with looking at how nutrition, sleep, pain, and many other factors may be contributing to the problem at hand.

Play Therapy
Therapeutic play is used with children and some adults who may have difficulty expressing their emotions or feelings. Play Therapy helps children with social or emotional deficits learn to communicate better, change their behavior, develop problem-solving skills, and relate to others in positive ways. A trained professional like Molly can use playtime to observe and gain insights into a child’s problems. She can then help the child explore emotions and deal with attachment or unresolved trauma. Through play, children can learn new coping mechanisms and how to redirect inappropriate behaviors.

Molly specializes in helping others reach their true potential and function at an optimal level. Addressing negative core beliefs and helping her clients to develop the internal resources that are necessary to thrive and reach their maximum potential.
